SMSes to wrong numbers

Hello FNB

You are sending SMSes to my numbers about accounts that do not belong to me.

Maybe in the past those numbers used to belong to you customers. They are however my numbers now and I would appreciate it if you stop sending SMSes to them.

I made an attempt to complain on your website without success.

Please find a link in the reference field where you will see the SMSes sent to the numbers belonging to me.

Being able to show you those SMSes serves as enough proof that I own the numbers.
