SMS and Mails
Please for five six. Why and for what reason do you send me sms's and emails after i have made it clear, inside a branch, that i do not want any promotional sms's and emails from you. It is my consumer right to query this $%^$^& irritating way off yours. I couldn't care less about your promotion ****! Take me off your system from immediate effect.

Question....how many times must one report this, or how many times must one go into a branch and sit in front of the desk agent and tell him or her to take it off.......eish we will send it to our department.
