Sms: account in excess

I got an sms tonight at 6:27PM saying my cheque card is in excess and I need to correct it OR FNB may dishonor. I do have cash in my account and if I use my credit card I always pay more than the amount due.

Now I tried contacting customer care but no luck in speaking to someone. Reading loads of reviews and even individuals having amounts deducted from their accounts. I moved from ABSA to FNB and now I am disgusted by reading this sms and trying to find the problem - I have no help or "support" from FNB whatsoever!! Even though you have times available but not after 1PM on Sundays, but I get sms's on Sunday evenings and then need to sort it out?! This is very unprofessional.
