SMS about a loan I don't have

Weekly I receive an sms indicating my loan repayment is over. I do not have a loan with FNB. The 1st time I contacted my premier banker, I was advised to ignore the SMS. The 2nd time I was instructed to contact the loan department. What is the point of having a banker if I cant get any assistance.
