Smooth very smooth

I really hate to write here but i recieved an ewallet from a friend an hour later at the atm entering the number and pin it tells me the pin is incorrect. Dailled *120*277# and thebasked me to register only to keep telling me my id is incorrect.phoned the call centre and i was basically told to wait till monday......Atrocious service recieved well done guys
