Smart Loan Payment Reversal

On the 15th, 16th & 20th of August, I impulsively transferred money into my Smart Spend Loan Account. I was then told that they could not reverse the amounts even though I still have 59 remaining terms on my Personal Loan Agreement.

The lady I talked to states that the debit order will go through meaning that if these amounts are not reversed you, I will be able to settle my personal loan early & FNB will lose all the interests that would have accrued during those remaining months,

I urgently need these monies due to unforeseen medical expenses. I have never defaulted on any of my accounts.
