Smart ID - NOT BOOKINGS AVAILABLE

I'm applying for my smart ID and I chose the GreenPoint branch I used previously for my passport. BUT after payment made on the Home Affairs site, I CANNOT get any bookings from tomorrow till the 10th of April, same happened yesterday...

When I call the branch I get a message to check the website for their operating hours.
