Smart ID

Unable yo get a booking with FNB Cornubia for collection of Smart ID card. I've been trying since July 2021, not successful, tried to getting a booking for June 2022 out of desperation, still no luck. No telephone number for the branch. No email for the branch. Phoned and left a message for a senior person from FNB, no response. Tried going directly to the FNB branch and got told to book it via the Home Affairs Login, which I've tried on numerous occasions.
