Since you guys say the battery is not covered in the policy and physical damaged is covered. So when the battery dies that would make the laptop damaged, will you fix it then? The battery is gonna die, might be next week might next month it will happen. I will take it in when the battery dies when i can't use it any more because its damaged. You guys keep taking my money every month and give me policy run around when i need to claim. Someone needs to call me, because i need to know if you guys will get it fix when or if the battery dies and i can't use my laptop. Disappointed, you were doing so well. SO WHEN MY LAPTOP DIES, WILL YOU FIX IT? Thats the question i need an answer to.
