Smart device false advertising

I signed on for for a smart device offered on there website the consists of a 43" Samsung TV and Blu-ray player. Application has been done and aproved, all the papers (TV Licince) send in and confirmed. I then get a call at the end of the day from the courier company to confirm my address for delivery of only a TV and sim. First I thought fnb made a mistake on the order, so I phoned them. I was then told that my order at the courier is correct and that they are sorry that there is no more bluy-ray players left. How do they offer me something they don't have and not let me know. They didn't even try to offer me anything else to replace it. Only a take it or leave attitude. As a longtime client and first time FNB Connect customer, I don't feel importent to then. "FNB - How can we help you" What does that mean to them?

FNB has disappointed me.
