Smart device disconnect

I have been paying for my smart devices for nearly 2 years now, and since FNB decides they need to ***** more money one of my devices defaults to the full amount. Even though I have been getting notifications that a debit has been coming off my account for the past year and a half. All of a sudden I see a crazy amount on my account which is not the amount agreed upon regardless on defaulting on payments or not. I get a call from the collections department and abused by some lady on the other side. I would like justice to be served! I have taken screenshots of all the notifications and emails I have sent through. To make matters worse the device I received from FNB was faulty, I emailed them months back with no communication and now they want their money, disgrace. How could you treat people like this? I emailed you guys long ago to inform you my device was faulty, no response? I have been receiving notifications that my account was being debited and now all of a sudden I have defaulted on a payment. Please check your records to see the miscommunication was on your side and expedite the matter ASAP. I am very disappointed in the service I have received!
