Smart device contract loaded incorrectly - TWICE!

I initiated an FNB Smart device contract in October 2014.<br> After receiving the device my first debit order went off in November, with the incorrect amount, as well as an additional amount for data, also incorrect.<br> After consultation with the bank the issue was resolved and the contract was cancelled, and re-opened.<br> Again INCORRECTLY!!<br> So same story, contacted the bank and the issue is now resolved again - hopefully not until next time...<br> Somebody isn't doing their job properly and unfortunately *********** employees ruin the bank's reputation.
