Smart Device Collection with Groenewald is ****

I have a smart device account that was handed to Groenewald and paid off on the 15th of August. Just when I paid it off, there was a new credit account that appeared on my app showing that I owe FNB 3829. Then I understood that the last payment I made of 1829 might not have been sent to FNB yet but I couldn't understand what is the 2000 for. After checking the statements, Irealised that Groenewald didn't send through the debit order of May 29 and June 30th to FNB (both of 1000 rand). On September 30th my account was debited again of 1000 rand, Now it;s like I owe FNB 2000 and in their system I owe them 7779. While Groenewald is actually the one that owes me 1000 rand, I have been calling Marylin countless times and she keeps telling me the problem is with their account department and she is trying but they are not solving it sitll. As it is not being solved I will still be debited
