Smart Device

I'm Very Unhappy....and I tried to Call FNB buy I can't Get through....The Smart Device I have been having Since Sept last year hasn't given me any issues until Yesterday where my Mic gave in and now the charging port keeps saying Tempreture is Too low to charge.....I want Fnb to assist and fix this
