Smart Device Application - Declined

The system keeps declining me, no reason. Apparently I cannot afford R270. But in December 2019 the system said that I could add up to R3000 worth of devices if I want to.

Tried calling call centre's, transferred about 7 times, and the last person put me on HOLD and then dropped the call after I waited about 5 minutes.

The System declined my fiance too. Same device. Without reason given.

Can I please get a call to inform me WHY the application is declined. Please explain this to me
