Smart Card Booking at FNB Cornubia is a ****

I have been trying for over a month to book an appointment to get my Smart ID at Cornubia FNB. I am convinced this is a money making scheme as i have heard alot of people having paid multiple times. The system only gives 2 weeks to choose from and there is never any available booking slots but they very quickly take your R140. I am not the first person to complain about this so surely this can be fixed!
