SMART BOND NOT A HOME LOAN

So I had a smart bond with FNB and did some research on the internet that if I take out my new home loan with FNB for a new property I am buying they with cover the Bond registration fees. THIS IS BULL****!! NOW they tell me its not applicable on SMART BONDS... I called in and asked about this at least twice (check your records FNB) and none of the agents told me that it wasn't applicable to me. I only chose FNB for this reason and now it doesn't apply to me. They didn't even state on the website that smart bonds are excluded.

All I get is sorry sir it doesnt apply to you, after I already signed with FNB.
