Small business owener doesn't get help

21 day.... 3 weeks ago on the Saturday I had 9 successful transaction from various clients. The money wasn't paid into my business account. On the Tuesday I reported it. With in a week still no progress, phone again to follow up on the incident. They told me that it will take 7 - 14days, but they will send an escalation email.

With in 14days from incident I phoned again. No one can help me. Then I phoned on day 18 from incident. The lady made me hold the line for 50min.... So I phone from another line... No one can help me... They keep telling me they'll phone me back, NO one has phoned back. It been 22 days since the incident, I have a small business and I'm R6500 short....
