Small Business - EXCESS FEES? WHY? What is this?

We received a deposit into our business account on the 10th and later saw there was a R145 Excess fee? What is this exactly for? This is not the first time FNB has done this, money spent from the account usually goes off immediately. All other banking charges where already deducted. <br> <br> This is unacceptable and ridiculous. There is no reason for this charge at all. How is this even possible? Seriously does FNB really need to ******* small businesses even more? Our bank charges are extremely high this month. <br> <br> Please sort this out and refund this charge. We have no record or line item stating what this charge is for!
