Small Business crippled by FNB business/***** division

I used my business card yesterday after a purchase of stock from makro that was successful then when trying to buy more stock for my coffee shop about an hour or so later from Food *****s Market, my card was repeatedly declined (sufficient funds were available) and I later found out my business card as well as my personal account was frozen/'put on hold' without any call/notification from FNB ***** division or whoever decided to put it on hold. After calling FNB yesterday afternoon at around 6pm we were repeatedly redirected from their business division to the ***** division, with neither one able to help us or even so much as tell us why it happened. We were put on hold and rredirected for almost 2 hours, with the call repeatedly being 'cut' after being put on hold or hearing nonsense like the call centre agent telling us their computer is frozen and they cant help us. Essentially they wasted our time and airtime and put our patience to the test. Now we were told by the call centre that a certain individual named Innocent Phlongwane (apparently based in Randburg) from their ***** division was most likely responsible for putting our account on hold and that only he would know more and be able to help us, we have been calling repeatedly again this morning and they are unable to get us in contact with this person or anybody that can help us and have now told us that they will 'escalate' it which was told to us last night as well but clearly not done. Now we are in a crisis because without access to both accounts I am unable to purchase stock for massive catering function tomorrow, so FNB is quite successfully crippling my new business already with such blatant disregard. Absolutely disgusting

*Innocent Hlongwane is the correct spelling, found that out after seeing all the hello peter reviews naming him specifically as the culprit in their problem as well
