Slowest response to loan application

Good day.<br> <br> I recently put an offer in on a property and elected to use an originator for all the banks but the one that I do the majority of my banking with. I sent in my application and supporting documents to you folks 2 days before I gave them to my originator and I still got a faster response from them than I have from you.<br> <br> How can you ask your clients to approach you directly to apply for home loans when you plan to give worse service to your direct clients than 3rd party middlemen.<br> <br> I am frankly seriously considering just accepting the offer from standard bank and moving my accounts over if this is how little I am valued by you folks.
