Slowest branch in the East

I'm at the Chris Hani FNB branch and I'm very dissatisfied. I came here with my mother to fix her account and I'm looking at the enquiries desk, wondering why we've been sitting here so long. Lo and behold, the workers are making the CLIENT TYPE FOR THEMSELVES on their computer. I've never seen this happen at any bank. The worker at the desk, Sfiso has been with this client for more than 30 minutes. Correct this behaviour please.
