Slowest banking ever

Fnb Shelly centre in Shelly Beach, inefficient, slow, banking is a tedious process, today itself I am standing for 20 minutes already, with only two people ahead of me. Last week Friday an hour had passed. I wonder how the elderly would manage in this.
