Slower than Slow slow...

I just want to give NEW customers considering FNB as your new bank a heads-up... It took FNB 5 months to change my surname to my married surname and it is currently taking them 6 months (and counting) to update my address to my new address.... Keeping in mind that I've sent all the supporting documents that they require multiple times. I've also been waiting for someone to call me back regarding a Joint Bank Account for two weeks now....(not holding my breath). I'm not sure my "private banker" Lebogang Dibetle exists because for more than a year struggling with the above she has not mailed me once or picked up the phone to phone me... apparently her assistant Sibonelo Hlongwane has to do everything and that takes a while... Half a year (so far) to change an address is quite pathetic..
