Slow service- waiting for 10 days for someone to assist me!

I'm highly dissatisfied with how slow service is. I have queried about invest options over a week now and to this day no one has gotten back to me.

The first time I enquired was on the fnb website and the second time was through the private banker. I thought doing it through the banker would speed things up, which hasn't.

To be clear, the private banker did tell me that someone would be in touch with me 3 days ago (Sewgoolam Prathik) but he hasn't yet contacted me.

With regards to the website query which was done over a week ago I was also told last week that someone would contact me. Which also hasn't happened. I'm so annoyed and I'm actually looking at other banks who would want to take my investments.
