slow service is costing my business

We are currently opening a Vodacom shop in Nelspruit ,We have put through application for speedoint,FNB has been delaying as I was told that the devices should be here either Friday or Monday,Today is Tuesday and the shop is opened operating cash only which is a loss,Gift Manyoni was assisting us however shes on leave
