Slow Service from FNB

I’ve app**** for a buikding loan with FNB and have had a horrible experience so far. Nothing is being communicated with me regarding the outcome of my application. Their turn around time, as they claim, is 24 hours. It’s been more than 24 hours. When I call I wait until I run out of my airtime. Disappointing!!!!! Their secure chat is useless. You hardly get any private banker and the system always disconnects.
