Slow service at the branch issue of assistance ticket

Service so slow at the boulders branch bin here for over 30min and not attended yet and they ddnt even issue me a ticket I’m just seating here like a headless chicken with no clue what happening and they issue a ticket and now it is showing the current time and not the previous time which I got here
