SLOW SERVICE AND NO UPDATE

I'm very disappointed with the turn around of FNB regarding opening my business account, I received documents to fill in and sign then attach them online, I filled them in and attached them online on Tuesday, but when I went to the branch in Sunnyside (Wednesday) they said the system shows that they haven't sent the documents which I don't understand, now we had to resend them via email, and I made a follow up today(Thursday) and they tell me they busy processing the application this is now inconveniencing me as I'm expecting payment from a client on Friday, I haven't had any feedback from FNB till now, I'm very very unhappy
