SLOW SERVICE

This branch has just been renovated, new counters, floors and all. They even have plenty of sitting areas, good thing because your going to wait and wait. People walking around but the counters are empty no one looks to be in charge anywhere, most people I've found here have given up. I've noticed the new layout is much like Capitec branches, copying is nice as long as it's the good staff, what they have failed to notice though at Capitec they always have stuff available at my branch I always see new faces. How can this be, I frequent their Brooklyn branch and the service is up to standard there but this branch is woefully. Maybe they should have added some music to this reno to go along with the waiting.
