Slow service

Poor service delivery. When you are late on a bond payment banks will repossess your home but when you pay extra and want to reduce your bond payment no one gets back to you. I had to speak to 7 agents at FNB on the 11th of March only for that person to tell me that someone will call me back to process my HLA application to reduce my bond payment, I am still waiting.... My original request to HLA was submitted on the 9th of March.
