Slow response time

Fnb blacklisted my device so I could not use my fnb app which is really an inconvenience to me. I went to the branch and called them and they said they will do it in 24 to 48 hours. I now cannot purchase airtime, do any online purchases or check anything. And I'm out traveling which has cost me extra since I couldn't use my app to complete purchases
