Slow response predicts nothing good

I submitted an e-mail query to the Premier Banking division of FNB on 19 May 2015, asking about the bundled solutions at FNB. The first response was an automated one several hours later, stating that a reply would follow within 1 working day. The next response was on 22 May (not 20 May as anticipated), stating that a Premier Banker would contact me if I provided contact detail. The Premier Banker eventually called on 25 May 2015. How can we help you? Make the switch? With these slow responses, why would anyone switch. Clearly, you would be switching one set of challenges for merely a different set. Not cool FNB.
