Slow response for card dispute

I have submitted a card dispute request while back. I've sent follow up emails but no longer receiving feedback or an update. The last I heard was when I was asked for the card number, that was a week back, I did and haven't heard anything, mind you there is no way to contact the team telephonically so it's an email which you wait on for a while.
