Slow non existant customer service

Bad customer service. I app**** for increase in credit card limit on Saturday got pre approved, had to submit documents and approved debicheck. I did it on Saturday. Phoned the bank on tuesday to find out what is going on why the money is not reflecting yet. They assured me that it was approved and the credit will reflect within 24 to 48 hours after application. Today I phoned again and they say it's still at credit department, then recieved a call that I need to submit bank statements and they will SMS me the e mail adress. It's been hours and still did not recieve sms with e mail adress. The money is for a medical emergency and if I knew it would take so long I would have gone to another bank!!!
