SLOW Lounge International

I am absolutely disgusted with the fine print of the FNB slow lounge charges. On the website it says as a premier cheque account holder I am eligible for x amount of complimentary visits per year. I visited the SLOW lounge international at OR Tambo with my fiance, only to find out I was charged R400 per person? What a ludicrous amount this is to charge someone to enter this lounge. Additionally, I didnt even receive a notification that this money came off my account so that I could ask for the transaction to be reversed. Only after checking further down the website do I see that FNB have different terms and conditions for international SLOW lounges. These T's and C's, coupled with a lack of notification of funds being taken from my OWN account is undoubtebly a money making spin on FNB's part and I demand to be refunded on this or at least be told WHY I was not informed of funds leaving my account?
