Slow Lounge Fees

I recently visited the slow lounge recently and I have noticed that there's a slow lounge fee of R 250.00 that has been deducted from my account. <br> <br> I am the holder of the Platinum Cheque Card and Platinum Card. When I was offer3d those accounts by the consultant that gave me a call, I was informed that I will not have to incur any costs should I visit the slow lounge as long as I have got a deposit of R 16500.00 made on mu account. That deposit has however taken place as on monthly basis I have got a salary coming in which is more that the stated amount. <br> <br> Please clarify as to what could be the reason for this deduction as I believe that I have met the criteria to visit the slow lounge without being charged. <br> <br> I trust that you will find this in order. <br> <br> Thanks
