Slow Lounge dissatisfaction.
A few months ago I went onto the bank app. to check my access to the Slow Lounge at the airport. I had 8 free visits. Then on the 16th of this month my wife and I went into the lounge. I was then charged for one of the visits. They said that I only qualify for two visits. They had ****** the previous visit that were given to me. Take this as a red flag to check before you walk into one of the lounges. To pay R250.00 for a visit is crazy. You can rather got to a very posh restaurant before you arrive at the airport.

28 Apr 2021, 14:46Still not satisfied with the explanation. Because I have changed my level I am only due to 2 visits per year. I have no problem with that. But the 8 that I had previously earned and saved for when I do travel they have taken. I can't understand their logic. Because we were not able to travel I lose the visits. So if I give my son rewards (sweats), if he does not eat them today I have the right to take them away. It is theft, I don't have any other word for it.
