Slow lounge Charge

I have been a credit card customer of FNB for a couple of years, when I was originally canvassed, I was sold on the perks of the card i.e Ebucks and a certain amount of Slow Lounge visits per annum. I opened my statement to notice that I have been charged for my visits over the December period. I contacted the call centre to be notified that I now need to have a cheque account now also with them to qualify for Slow Lounge access. This was NOT the agreement FNB had with me when I was offered a Credit Card. FNB states that these charges will not be reversed? Bye Bye FNB, I will find a bank that can stick to its original agreements!!!!

Thank you to FNB Card division for resolving the Slow Lounge charge issue. The Ebucks qualifying criteria is unfortunately not favorable anymore. Exploring alternatives
