slow lounge change of policy ripoff

Im a platinum account holder and have been using the slow lounge service ever since i switched from ABSA to FNB, the reason i switched i was attracted by the benefits and my husband also recruited me. I got a shock of my life after visited the slow lounge at OR Tambo international In October 23rd 2015 , when i checked my bank balance i realized that i was charged R1000 , When i enquired i was told that the policy changed in Jun and communication was sent to client, i requested fnb complaints dept to sent me the email or any proof . all i received was a generic text message sent which does not specify the that if you dont have a credit card you will no longer qualify for the slowlounge benefits. I would rather go back to ABSA if this is the kind of cheating service ill get. I want to escalate the matter to omudsman if it comes to a push. and that is against CPA . Manager call me , That money is for my children. If knew that i was going to pay 1000 do you think i would have used that service!! I see im not the only client with the same complaint. Is this how FNB cheats their clients.
