SLOW LOUNGE \BENEFITS"- EXPECT TO PAY!"""
On 22 September I accessed the OR Tambo SLOW lounge with a guest. I was informed by the reception desk that I was entering during off-peak period and that I qualified to take a guest into the lounge for free. Upon inspection of my bank account I had noticed that two R250 debit transactions had been charged against my account, but no credits (as had been the case with previous SLOW lounge access). Upon querying this, it transpired that the requirements for free SLOW lounge access had been changed. According to documentation which I retrieved from previous correspondence with FNB, I qualified for SLOW access. It is probably in the small print that FNB are entitle to change entry requirements without notice, however from a customer perspective it is tantamount to ********* to expect customers to keep up with all the small print which accompanies \benefits"of premier banking. Benefits which have changed since opening the account. I can't help but feel that through this incident my loyalty to the bank has tarnished through maltreatment of customers. I am not a happy FNB customer and expect the charges to be reversed. Attempts to resolve this through my banker have been fruitless."""
