SLOW LOUNGE ACCESS FAST RIPOFF

<p>A while back I upgraded my card to get the free slow lounge access, I was never ever told that there is terms and conditions to get the free access, I used the slow lounge recently for not even 30 minutes and was billed ZAR 500 per person. I called to query and spoke to Utrisha on the 07 June who advised that I did not qualify for the free access as I do not have the banking app on my phone??? I only do online banking. Had FNB notified me that this was a requirement, it would have been a different story. You guys can see I travel yearly as I always pay with my cards. I want these 2 amounts reversed or I will take my business somewhere else. And will be taking this further, its completely unacceptable.</p>
