Slow lounge access denied

I have been a customer of FNB for years and have a private clients account and was refused access to the slow lounge at Cape Town international passport. The bank, as part of its value bundle, now offers every single person with an account the right to access the lounge. For obvious reasons this appears to inundate the lounges with people, so they need to implement what is clearly a cap on entrances. Be aware, before signing up, that not all the value adds to your account actually add value. They also consistently change the terms and conditions of access and then say tey did communicate it to their clients. This is nonsense. This is the second time that i have been refused access to the lounges to the extent that I have opened a another account at another bank that offers access to other lounges. How can we help you? By allowing me to access the services that I actually pay for.
