Slow ebucks...

Why is it that ebucks take so long to load every month? Even the shoe vouchers etc. Sometimes they are only updated come the middle of the month. Although it's a loyalty program it should be noted that it's actually funds for customers. Surely the ebucks program needs to be more efficient!
