Slow customer service.very bad.

Oh my god I have never waited so long in my life...I.ended up leaving .I understand lot of companies have cut down stuff but cumon now you can't expect a client to wait more than an hour only to see a teller.Why must they have 1 teller working when they know in the morning it a rush hour lot of stores come to do banking beside other customers who come for their own personal agenda. FNB just needs to finds a way to accommodate all their clients, the other line was going so fast 15min or less their waiting period.I am so dissapointed with the way they handling things, only 1 teller that was working and that teller will take roughly +-30min with a client.
