Slow and pathetic service

Slow and terrible service. I started the process with my Dad's late estate in the beginning of April and was told it would take around 30 working days, I'm still waiting. I call twice a week wait to forever to be helped to be told every time it's been escalated which amounts to nothing. It's pathetic and beyond frustrating.
