Slow and NO action/feedback

I had 2 accidents 23 and 27 Nov. I registered my claims with quotations and photos. and them my problems started. I don't get regular feedback nor I am assisted with speed with this claim. Since I registered the claim with FNB Brokers, I am getting very slow assistance and at time nothing at all.<br> <br> I have spoken to 2 different people (santam)who promise to assign the assessor and I have been waiting ever since. Now upon my follow up I realise there is still outstanding information that is holding the processing. Had I not made the follow up, it means I was not going to be attended to. <br> <br> I am frustrated and panicking that repair centres are soon going to close down and I will be stuck with a vehicle that needs fixing. I have lost valuable time waiting for feedback/action does not come. I am seriously loosing confidence that I would be helped timely and efficiently.
