Sloppy Investment Management
Keep getting bad experience with the Shares Division! Besides being super uninterested when speaking to them on the phone operators also do not provide reference numbers for calls nor do they send updates when requested.
No my real issue is i want to know why the FAAA you are deducting account fee every month when you do not do your job?! 1) My schedule transfer did not go off on the 28th of Feb for my TaxFreeInvestment. (i understand the fin year has ended, but the process of deducting and investing should still have occurred). I had to suffer the same stupidity last year! 2) The funds which were available in my TFI for investing were also not invested. WHAT IM I PAYING YOU FOR??

20 Mar 2019, 10:26Hi. Just following up on this: the agent PROMISED me i will not be changed the admin fees if i placed the instruction to buy more shares. this has not happened and i'm now being charged 100R in transaction fees. Please sort this out
