Sloppy Dataentry leads to massive client hassles

I normally love FNB, but of late, I'm very disappointed with the service.

THE FIRST PROBLEM: After significant effort to provide the bank copies of my documentation... on more than one occasion, I'm now finding that I'm unable to replace my ****** Cheque Card because of negligence in capturing my information on their systems.

THE SECOND PROBLEM-POOR OR NO FOLLOW UP: My card was ordered almost 2 weeks ago now. I received a call from an FNB representative to schedule the delivery... where I first discovered that they had entered completely incorrect information on my account. This person said they would call me right back with a resolution. DAYS LATER... still nothing.

I have spent now almost an hour on my cell phone, trying to call the bank, only to be miss routed, hung-up on... or landing on the desk of two people who couldn't resolve my issue... one because her \system was down\" and the final one because he needed to escalate the call.

Sorry FNB... this isn't acceptable. I should have been called days ago. I shouldn't be chasing you like this, and your systems for calling in for support are cumbersome and inefficient. I'm very disappointed.
"
