slap dash service

Lat week i sent a request on my FN app requesting for banking statements that dates back to 2018 . I received a response From Alufelwi with an instruction on how to get a bank statement from my app . When this was not what I asked for . The app only allows statements from 2019 and I need from 2018 . Yesterday I sent another msg telling the banker that saying that I want to put a complaint through as I am not receiving the assistance I need as I need bank statements dating back to 2018 . I got the very same response from Nkululeko that i received from Alufelwi last week . after saying 3 times now what i needed and i got the same response . So exactly what are they doing there , not reading requests that's sent just sending incorrect damn responses . After telling Nkululeko that I am going to go to help peter to put a complaint through he/she then understood very well what I needed . I also this person that i needed bank statements where i made a payment to discovery medical aid and i asked this person to search my statements for a reference which i provided and guess what she did she sent me a whole lot of statements that didn't have wjat i requested f=of the 8 statements that had 3 pages each and costs R30 per page only 3 pages had what i needed and 2 were from 1 month . I don't want to pay for incorrect re-prints or incorrect duplicated emails that was sent to me by FNB *********** staff that does not know how to service their customers . I will pay for the month of 8 September to 9 October , 9 July to 8 august 8 august to 8 September as these statements had the reference that i said this person must check for . I will not pay for the other 11 pages that served no purpose to me ,because I distinctly told the person what to check for . I am banking with FNB for almost if not already 10 years and the service that I receive from the private bankers is appalling as this was not the first or second time i requested for assistance and received slap dash service .
